We have in-house management – with over 20+ years of combined experience – working efficiently to increase income and decrease expenses while providing exceptional affordable housing for tenants. This helps drive Net Operating Income, investor returns, and increases tenant satisfaction.

DISTRIBUTE

Although we anticipate large equity growth, we also know that regular cash flow is important. That’s why we process regular distributions — typically either monthly or quarterly depending on the offering.
